I walked in this place and they were super friendly from the first foot in the door. Ran through my cut and dry options and I ultimately decided on just scrapping the machine but trying some data recovery. They did the recovery immediately and I came back to get all her data back within a couple hours. Even if they hadn't been able to recover the data they'd get 5 stars just for how helpful and friendly the service was. Highly recommend!

I had pretty much expected that the cost would make it not worth repairing, but they did a fine job of fixing my macbook for a very reasonable price and they offered a turnaround time of only two days. In fact, they actually billed me for less than the original estimate.
