I walked in this place and they were super friendly from the first foot in the door. Ran through my cut and dry options and I ultimately decided on just scrapping the machine but trying some data recovery. They did the recovery immediately and I came back to get all her data back within a couple hours. Even if they hadn't been able to recover the data they'd get 5 stars just for how helpful and friendly the service was. Highly recommend!

These guys are more up front and honest than any repair business of any type, anywhere. If they know of a cheaper solution they will give it to you.
